Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tamraght Days ("we", "us", "our"), [legal company name, registration number], based in Tamraght, Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane, Morocco. They apply when you use this website or book an activity with us, by WhatsApp, Instagram, email or in person.

By booking, you confirm you have read these terms and accept them for yourself and everyone in your booking.

How booking works

A booking is confirmed when we reply with your date, activity, group size, price and pick-up time. Until then, a request is not a reservation.

Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) per person and include what's listed on each activity page. Anything not listed, like meals out, tips or extra transport, is not included.

Payment

You pay on the day, in cash or by card. Multi-day trips need a deposit by bank transfer, which we confirm in writing.

• Free cancellation or date change up to 24 hours before the activity.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, or not showing up, are charged 50% of the price.
• Deposits for multi-day trips are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

Weather & ocean conditions

Safety comes first. If the swell, wind or weather isn't right, we move your activity to the next good day, swap it for another one, or refund you in full. Your choice.

Outdoor activities carry real risks: waves, sun, heat, animals and uneven ground. Our guides brief every group and may stop or change an activity at any time if they feel it isn't safe.

Please tell us when you book about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or anything else that might affect you. You must follow your guide's instructions and must not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Children

Children are welcome on activities tagged Family. Anyone under 18 must be booked by, and stay under the responsibility of, a parent or guardian.

We are insured for the activities we run. To the extent allowed by Moroccan law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your own actions, by ignoring instructions, or by events outside our control. We recommend travel insurance that covers outdoor activities.

Some activities are run with trusted local partners (stables, cooperatives, pilots). We choose them carefully and they follow these same terms.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months, can be used for any activity, and can't be exchanged for cash. Any difference in price is paid on the day.

Our guides sometimes take photos during activities. We only post photos where you can be recognised on our website or social media if you say yes.
